We have been in business three years in Florida and in the lighting industry for over 15 years. At D & M Sales we help distributors and contractors increase sales by understanding the benefit and features of our products. We are independent representatives and are proud to represent Kichler, ABT Wireless, Integral, Illumin FX, Master Gardner, Oly Ola, Blazing Quick Connect Products, Callas Wire.

We have lines that cover all aspects of landscape lighting including, accent lighting, LED, paving, electronics, gardening, edging and wiring. Who is D & M Sales?
Wick Mackenzie
Wick Mackenzie has not knocked on every door in Florida, but there is always tomorrow! He is strategic, he is persistent, and he is results-driven. Winston Churchill said to the English people” Never, never, never, quit” . Wick uses the same philosophy today in sales. Never quit learning, never quit training, never take no for the answer and never, never, never quit selling. You may not succeed today, just never quit. Tomorrow will bring better results.
- Wick has been in sales and sales training now for over 25 years.
- Wick has been in Lighting/Electrical sales for the last 10 years. He has been an outside sales person, sales manger, worked for a rep agency and now as an independent rep with his own company.
- Increased his sales in Texas for Meletio Electrical supply from 2001-2004 earning him a promotion to Sales Manager.
- Since coming to Florida to work for Ripple and Associates and then becoming an Independent Rep, sales have increased by 50% in Florida.
- Started D & M Sales of Florida in 2007 with his partner Monique Dranguet Mackenzie.

Monique Dranguet Mackenzie
Monique Dranguet Mackenzie also likes to knock on doors. She talks and builds relationships. She genuinely listens, she mails the material and follows up, and she is unflappable, determined and as knowledgeable as she is friendly. Her stats are equally impressive:
- Monique has been in lighting sales 16 years, her entire career.
- Worked at Meletio Electrical Supply as an insides sales person for 5 years and then in outside sales for 5 years.
- She specialized in design lay out. The right fixture and lamp for application.
- As an outside sales person, she consistently beat her quotas and increased them during her tenure.
- In 2003 went to work for York Sales and Service an independent rep firm in Texas. Monique called on electrical distribution branches and showrooms providing training and meeting customers.
- In 2007 moved to Florida and began D & M sales of Florida with Wick Mackenzie.
- Since being in Florida she has held product training classes and been involved in several training expos.
- Monique calls on both the distributor and the contractor to build loyalty for the manufacturers D & M Sales represents.
